The Wyoming Association for Mental Health was formed at the Wyoming State Mental Health Conference held in Sheridan, Wyoming, November 5-6, 1954. Lillian G. Portenier, University of Wyoming psychology professor, was named its first president and John O. Goodman, director of Northern Wyoming Community College, was named treasurer. Dr. D.W.
